In an article about the pair of 43-story residential towers to be built in downtown Bellevue, Marc Stiles cited The Collection Magazine, produced by Realogics Sotheby's International Realty. He writes, "The Collection article said Plus Investment will fund the project partly with foreign capital. Plus Investment USA is a local real estate arm of Hong Kong-based Plus Investment" and that Dean Jones "said the supply of condos in the Puget Sound region is extremely low. In 2008, at the peak of the condo development boom, Seattle had 18 condo projects with 2,500 units under construction. 'Today less than 1 percent of that developer-owned inventory remains available, and we're in need of new product,' Jones said."
