In an article about sales at Olive 8, the Journal Staff writes, "Of the 229 condos in the downtown Seattle tower, 125 sales have closed and three more are pending, said Greg Harris, the company's senior manager. The 15 sales grossed approximately $10 million. Ten units were in a bulk sale to a foreign investor represented by Julie Roh and James Stroupe of Realogics Sotheby's International. Realogics is also marketing the condos."
