"Twenty-three condos worth more than $1 million sold in King County during the first quarter. That's 10 more than sold during the same period the year before. This volume nearly matches the rate in 2007 when the housing market peaked in Seattle, say officials of Realogics Sotheby's International Realty. The Seattle company released the numbers yesterday. Another 13 sales are pending. Dean Jones of Realogics said local buyers who needed to sell a home to close on a condo are finding success. There's also more demand among out-of-state buyers."
