In an article about two new condo projects, Levy, who cites Realogics Sotheby's International Realty, writes, "potential condo developers are watching the pre-sales at Bosa Development's twin 41-story towers called Insignia as well as Trinity Real Estate's Residences at Fairview, a 21-unit complex on the east side of Lake Union near Hamlin and Eastlake. Both projects are off to good starts. Insignia is pre-selling more than one unit a day. Trinity pre-sold all the units in the first building, which is under construction, and work could start on the next two buildings by the end of the year."
