In an article following the news that two condo towers represented by RSIR sold all new units, Stiles writes, "The last new units at 1521 Second Avenue and Olive 8 were taken off the market in the last couple weeks. 'Our job is done. It's a wrap,' Dean Jones, owner of Realogics Sotheby's International Realty, said Tuesday. Realogics of Seattle marketed the condos for sale at both of the towers. Across downtown Seattle, the supply of new condos has all but evaporated. In 2008, when inventory peaked, Jones said there were 2,368 new condos on the market or in some state of development. Today, there are fewer than 35."
